Terms & Conditions of Sale

Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms apply whenever you buy from OSMA. We have kept them short and plain. Please read them before you order, and keep a copy: you can print this page or keep it as a PDF.

Online ordering is not open yet. We are setting up secure payment. Until it opens, no order can be placed on this site and nothing is charged. These terms will apply to every order placed once it opens.

1. Who we are

OSMA is operated by Skolt Art LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State under filing number 2026-002102300. Our address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Our email is skoltartllc@outlook.com. All our details are on the company information page.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Skolt Art LLC, and "you" means the person placing the order.

2. Who can buy

You can buy from us if:

  • you are buying as a consumer, for yourself or as a gift, and not for a business or for resale;
  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • your delivery address is in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses and anywhere outside the UK.

3. Our products

  • Our glass is blown by hand. The shape, thickness, small bubbles and exact shade vary a little from one piece to the next, and from the photographs. That is how hand-blown glass is made, not a fault.
  • The tint of oils, reed diffuser liquid and melts can also vary slightly from one batch to the next.
  • Photographs and room settings illustrate our products. Furniture, books and other props are not included. What you receive is listed under "In the box" on each product page.
  • Colours look different from one screen to another.
  • Fragrance oils, reed diffuser liquid and melts carry hazard information. It is shown on each of their product pages, on the label and on our product safety page.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices include VAT. There are no customs or import charges to pay on delivery; if a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover them.

UK delivery is a flat £3.95 per order, whatever you order. The delivery fee is shown in your cart and at checkout, before you pay, and the total shown at the last step of checkout is the total you pay.

We check our prices carefully, but mistakes can happen. If we find an error before we accept your order, we will contact you so you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If the error was obvious and you could reasonably have noticed it, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. How an order works

  1. You add products to your cart. You can change quantities or remove items at any time before ordering.
  2. At checkout you see a full summary: each item, its quantity and price, the delivery fee, the total including VAT and the estimated delivery dates. You can go back and correct anything at this stage.
  3. You enter your delivery details and pay. The final button makes clear that pressing it means you are placing an order and agreeing to pay.
  4. We email you to acknowledge your order. This acknowledgement does not yet mean we have accepted it.
  5. The contract between you and us is made when we email you to confirm that we have accepted your order. That confirmation sets out the details of your order, these terms and the cancellation form.

If we cannot accept your order, for example because a product is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Contracts are concluded in English. We keep a record of each order, and you can ask us for a copy at any time.

6. Payment

When online ordering opens, you will be able to pay by Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are handled by our payment provider: we never see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). UK delivery is a flat £3.95 per order, whatever you order. We usually prepare an order in 1 to 3 working days, and the carrier then takes 5 to 9 working days. In all, allow about 6 to 12 working days from order confirmation.

We will deliver your order without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made, unless we agree a different date with you. The goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you, or to someone you have named to receive them. Full details are on our delivery page.

8. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order for any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, it runs from the day the last one arrives. You can also cancel at any time before delivery.

To cancel, tell us clearly by email at skoltartllc@outlook.com. You can use the model cancellation form, but you do not have to. Then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.

We refund the price of the goods, and the standard delivery charge if you cancel the whole order, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of you showing us proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner. You pay the cost of sending the goods back, unless they are faulty or not as described.

We may reduce your refund if the goods have lost value because they were handled more than was needed to see what they are, their characteristics and how they work. For example, an oil that has been used or a cone that has been burned cannot be sold again. Everything is explained, with the model cancellation form, on our cancellations, returns and refunds page.

9. Returns within 30 days for unused items

On top of your legal right to cancel, you can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery, in a condition we can sell again, ideally in its original packaging. We refund the price of the item within 14 days of receiving it back. Return postage is paid by you, and once the legal cancellation period has passed, the original delivery charge is not refunded.

This is a promise we make in addition to your legal rights. It does not replace or reduce them.

10. If something is wrong: your legal rights

We must supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you these rights:

  • Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject the goods and get a full refund.
  • After 30 days, or if you prefer, you can ask for a repair or a replacement. If that is impossible, or does not put things right, you can ask for a price reduction or reject the goods for a refund (the final right to reject). If you use this final right more than six months after delivery, the refund may be reduced to reflect the use you have had.
  • The six-month rule: a fault that appears within six months of delivery is presumed to have been there on delivery, unless we prove otherwise. After six months, you may need to show that it was.
  • Time limits: you can bring a claim for six years from delivery in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and five years in Scotland.

When goods are faulty or not as described, we pay the reasonable cost of returning them. A refund on rejected goods is made within 14 days of us agreeing that you are entitled to it, with no fee.

The small variations of hand-blown glass described above, normal wear, and damage caused by an accident or by using a product against its instructions are not faults.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. For independent advice, contact Citizens Advice in England and Wales, Advice Direct Scotland in Scotland or Consumerline in Northern Ireland.

11. Using our products safely

Flame, electric and fragrance products need care. Please follow the instructions in the box, the label, and our product safety page, and keep every product out of reach of children and pets. Our products are made for indoor use in the home.

12. Our responsibility to you

If we do not keep to these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it was obvious it would happen, or if both of us knew it might happen when the contract was made. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable.

We sell our products for domestic and private use only, so we are not responsible to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or that of our employees, agents or subcontractors;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods, including the right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose;
  • defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
  • anything else that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, fire, flood, a strike at a carrier or a failure of public networks. If this happens, we will tell you as soon as we can and do what we reasonably can to limit the delay. If the delay is significant, you can contact us to cancel, and we will refund you for anything you have paid for and not received.

14. Your personal data

We use your personal data only as set out in our Privacy Policy.

15. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email us at skoltartllc@outlook.com with "Complaint" in the subject line and your order number. We will reply within 2 working days and do all we can to put things right quickly.

If we cannot settle your complaint, we will tell you so in writing. We will also give you the name and website of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider that could deal with it, and tell you whether we agree to use that provider, as the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015 require. We are not a member of any ADR scheme at present. Using ADR is your choice and does not stop you going to court.

16. Which law applies and where you can go to court

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can also bring them in the courts of Scotland, and if you live in Northern Ireland, in the courts of Northern Ireland. Nothing in these terms takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the part of the UK where you live.

17. Other important terms

  • If a court decides that part of these terms is unlawful, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not insist straight away that you do something you are required to do, we can still insist on it later.
  • We may pass our rights and obligations under a contract to another organisation. We will tell you if this happens, and it will not reduce your rights.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the law changes or when online ordering opens. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this site when you place it. Each version is dated.
