The address above is our mailing address for letters and legal notices. It is not a store, a warehouse or a returns address, so please do not send products there. To return an item, start on our Returns & Refunds page and we will email you the return address.
What we sell
OSMA sells home fragrance: glass burners and a flame-free dial diffuser, a ceramic wax warmer, reed diffusers, cone incense, fragrance oils and wax melts, in eight numbered scents. Our products are made to scent a room. They are not cosmetics and are not for use on the body.
Orders are shipped from our partner warehouse overseas. Before you use a product, please read its instructions and our Product Safety page.
Prices, shipping and returns at a glance
- Prices are in US dollars (USD). Sales tax is added at checkout where state law requires us to collect it.
- Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full.
- Shipping is a flat $5.95 per order. We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C., with tracking on every order.
- Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that arrive broken, damaged, defective or wrong are replaced or refunded at our cost.

Governing law and disputes
Sales on this website are made by Skolt Art LLC under the laws of the State of Wyoming, as set out in our Terms of Sale. This choice of law does not take away any protection that the law of your own state gives you. Our Terms of Sale do not require arbitration and do not ask you to give up your right to go to court or to join a class action. We simply ask that you contact us first, so we can try to put things right. See Resolving a problem.

The OSMA name and logo, the design of this website, and its text, photos and graphics belong to Skolt Art LLC or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
