The piece
A thick drop of glass hangs from a brushed steel arm, and below it a round steel base holds a tea light. Fill the glass with water, add a few drops of fragrance oil and light the flame. As the water warms, the scent lifts into the room and the glass catches the light.
The steel is brushed rather than polished, so it sits quietly next to wood and stone. Eight tea lights come in the box. The oil is up to you.

The ritual
How to use it

Set the stand on a stable, heat-resistant surface, with the glass hanging straight.

Fill the glass with water.
- 03
Add 5 to 10 drops of fragrance oil.

Light a tea light and set it in the base, under the glass.

When the water runs low, blow out the tea light and let the glass cool before you top it up. Blow the tea light out when you are done.

How many drops of oil should I use?
5 to 10 drops in the water. Start with five in a small room, and add a few more next time if you want the scent to carry further.
Can I change scents?
Yes. Blow out the tea light and let the glass cool completely. Pour the water away, wipe the inside with a soft cloth, then refill with fresh water and a new oil.
Which tea lights does it take?
Standard tea lights. Eight come in the box. After that, any unscented tea light works, so the flame doesn't compete with the oil.
How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping is a flat $5.95 per order. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 7 to 12 business days. Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full. Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
